On your first appointment, please allow an extra 15 minutes for a consultation to be completed.  This is to take a few client details and information we may need before treatments commence. 

All information is strictly confidential and is kept in guidance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

No information given shall be passed onto any third party companies unless required by lawful authorities.

Please read this page for further information on our privacy policy and our terms & conditions of booking, being a client and further information you may need to know with Kitty Bee's Mobile & Home Nail Salon. 

Terms & Conditions at Kitty Bee's 
 
  • Bookings can be taken by phone, email or with an online contact form.  You can also message us on facebook to find out our availability.  Confirmation will be sent via Email and/or text message.  We also send a reminder to our clients 48 hours in advance to ensure that booking is still okay for the client and ensure they still have time to cancel at no cost if required. 
     

  • Cancellations
    Please ensure that you contact us immediately upon decision of a cancellation.  We have strict rules on our cancellations. 
    Cancelled at least 24 hours in advance - no charge, full refund (if payment already received).
    Less than 24 hours cancellation - 20% admin charge kept for cancellations less than 24 hrs notice. 
    No show to appointment - if you do not turn up to the appointment with no prior warning, then we can no longer issue a refund of any sort.  

    Re-booking a cancellation - we advise that you re-book a cancelled appointment when it suits, and advise that if the cancellation was made due to an illness, to ensure that you are healthy & well before venturing out the house.  We can sometimes offer different appointment times by arrangement in the 24 hours before your appointment if this avoids a cancellation for the client.  
     

  • Cancellations due to illness
    Please respect that the nature of our business, we respect those clients who may be ill with viral infections or illnesses that can spread, and  advise clients to cancel their appointment and re book with us at a time more convenient.  Please respect that as a sole worker, I cannot afford to have time off due to catching colds.   Our salon & tools require complete high standards of hygiene and like to avoid the chance of spreading illnesses/infections. 
     

  • Please be courteous to our prompt appointment schedule.
    If you arrive too late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete or even start your treatment.  We set times to ensure we do not overlap clients as we do travel between clients.  If you know you are running late, we appreciate clients to contact us and make us aware and also make sure that you will still be able to receive your treatment.  Additional time to treatment times already booked, may be charged.  
     

  • Age Restrictions
    We advise that clients under the age of 16 years, will require full written parental permission with them at the appointment, or a parental guidance at the appointment.  
     

  • We adivse that young children under the age of 10 years, are not brought along to the home salon, however we respect they will be around for mobile treatments.  We ask that your children are cared for or kept occupied during your treatment, to allow for the time set for your appointment to be completed.  Running over the appointment time because of disturbances will be charged for, or even treatment ended if required at another booked appointment. 
     

  • Vouchers & Offers
    Our vouchers at Kitty Bee's are valid for a full 12 months.  This is to allow our customers the chance to receive their treatment for any occassion that may be planned in the next 12 months. Example - Christmas Present (Kitty Bee's Voucher) can be used the following year in time for Christmas pampering. 
    Vouchers will need to be signed by Kitty Bee for authentication and validity.  If you print an online voucher out, you will need to have this signed by us before treatment. 

    Loyalty cards can be obtained instore after your 1st treatment within store and will need to be signed at the end of each treatment to be valid for your FREE treatment.  6 paid treatments on our loyalty scheme will provide clients with a FREE treatment at the value of your average spent treatments with Kitty Bee's. 

    If you join our mailing list, we will keep in touch with the latest offers and inform you of our loyalty scheme and discounted products/services within Kitty Bee's.
